With a background in public health, Edel has dedicated her entire career to addressing health inequalities and advancing community empowerment.

Edel is ‘an expert with lived experience’ of the menopause who has survived the full gambit of symptoms and lives to tell the tale….. in spite of the hot flushes!

Sabrina has over 20 years’ experience within the community sector, leading on the “Work Well Live Well” Programme in the Western Trust, a workplace health initiative funded by Public Health Agency. 


Sabrina loves hiking and walking and has a particular interest in holistic therapies,  at the weekend you will find her at the nearest beach with her two dogs.

The Employers Federation is an employer’s organisation consisting of qualified lawyers exclusively providing advice and representation to businesses.


Michelle has particular expertise on employment related policy matters and regularly writes updates on new legal issues, cases and laws.

Dynah and Brenda  have been working together to ensure the Menopause Policy has allowed Council to open up conversations with staff and their managers to raise awareness of the menopause, the multitude of symptoms that a woman can experience in that time of their lives and how Council can support them during this time.
