The Menopause ChangeMaker® Implementation Framework helps organisations move beyond awareness and develop practical workplace support for employees experiencing menopause and perimenopause.
It brings together leadership, managers, Champions and the wider workforce, recognising that effective menopause support requires understanding and action across the organisation.
The Framework can be adapted to where your organisation is now, helping you build on existing work or develop your approach from the beginning.
If your organisation is considering how to develop menopause support, download our Framework brochure to find out more about what the Menopause ChangeMaker® Implementation Framework includes and how it could work for your organisation.

The training is an important starting point, but putting what you learn into practice is what helps develop effective workplace support.
The Framework includes practical resources and implementation guidance to help your organisation apply the learning. Where more detailed support is needed, this can be commissioned separately.

Practical resources to support learning and workplace application.
Each element of the Framework comes with its own practical resources, giving participants and organisations materials they can use alongside the training and when putting the learning into practice.

Up to four hours of structured guidance.
The aim is to help your organisation consider its existing menopause-related policies and workplace practices, identify priorities and agree practical next steps.
This may include discussion of existing provision, identifying gaps or priorities, and developing an initial action plan.
If your organisation needs more detailed policy development, implementation support or consultancy beyond the Framework, this can be commissioned separately.

We begin by looking at what your organisation already has in place, what is working well and where there may be gaps or opportunities for development.
Together, we consider what you want to achieve and where support could make the greatest difference.
We help you identify the combination of training, resources and workplace support that fits your organisation.
The Framework provides practical resources and guidance to help you turn learning into action and apply it within your organisation.
Your approach can develop over time as your organisation's needs, priorities and experience change.
Some organisations may need to start with leadership engagement and manager development. Others may already have Champions, training or policies in place and want to strengthen or connect what they are doing.
The Framework provides the structure, while the way it is applied reflects your organisation, your people and your priorities.
