This one-day training gives managers the knowledge and confidence to understand how menopause can affect wellbeing, performance, and engagement at work. It helps organisations support staff effectively, reduce risk, strengthen retention, and build a more inclusive workplace culture.

This one-day programme can be delivered as part of the Menopause ChangeMaker® Pathway Programme or as a standalone training programme. To provide flexibility for organisations, it can be delivered as a full-day workshop or split across two half-day sessions.
Designed specifically for leaders and managers, the training provides the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to support employees experiencing menopause effectively and appropriately in the workplace.
