This full-day workshop is designed for Menopause ChangeMaker® Champions, often from HR, Health & Safety, Wellbeing, or People teams. It equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to help drive menopause awareness and support within their organisation.
The training can be delivered as part of the Menopause ChangeMaker® Pathway Programme or as a standalone session.
Topics covered include:
- Understanding Menopause at Work — recognise common menopause symptoms and understand how they can affect wellbeing, confidence, and workplace performance.
- Providing Practical Support — offer informed, supportive guidance to colleagues while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
- Recognising Early Signs — identify when someone may be struggling and support early intervention to reduce escalation and improve retention.
- Having Supportive Conversations — build confidence in approaching sensitive discussions in a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused way.
- Identifying Workplace Adjustments — explore practical, low-cost adjustments that can help colleagues manage symptoms more effectively at work.
- Acting as a Trusted Point of Contact — support communication between employees and managers to help create a consistent and supportive approach.
- Promoting Awareness Across the Organisation — share knowledge, signpost resources, and help build greater understanding of menopause in the workplace.
This programme is CPD Certified and provides 7 hours of CPD learning.
