Educated staff create a more supportive, and inclusive workplace for women experiencing menopause.

Menopause Changemaker® Champion Training

What Participants Will Gain

This CPD Certified programme is designed for Menopause ChangeMaker® Champions, who are often drawn from HR, People & Culture, Wellbeing, Health & Safety and employee support roles.

The training equips participants with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to promote menopause awareness, support workplace conversations and contribute to the development of a more informed and supportive workplace culture.

To provide flexibility for organisations, the programme can be delivered as a full-day workshop or split across two half-day sessions. It can be delivered as part of the Menopause ChangeMaker® Pathway Programme or as a standalone training programme.

Topics covered include:

  • Understanding Menopause at Work — recognise common menopause symptoms and understand how they can affect wellbeing, confidence, and workplace performance.
  • Providing Practical Support — offer informed, supportive guidance to colleagues while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Recognising Early Signs — identify when someone may be struggling and support early intervention to reduce escalation and improve retention.
  • Having Supportive Conversations — build confidence in approaching sensitive discussions in a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused way.
  • Identifying Workplace Adjustments — explore practical, low-cost adjustments that can help colleagues manage symptoms more effectively at work.
  • Acting as a Trusted Point of Contact — support communication between employees and managers to help create a consistent and supportive approach.
  • Promoting Awareness Across the Organisation — share knowledge, signpost resources, and help build greater understanding of menopause in the workplace.

This programme is CPD Certified and provides 7 hours of CPD learning.
