Menopause ChangeMaker® Staff Awareness

Delivered onsite or online, these sessions help organisations of all sizes build greater awareness, understanding, and confidence across their teams. The training breaks down stigma, explores the impact menopause can have in the workplace, and gives employees — both men and women — the knowledge and confidence to talk about it more openly and supportively at work. 

What Participants Will Gain

This 2 hour workshop is designed for all staff and can be delivered as part of the Menopause ChangeMaker® Pathway Programme or as a standalone session. 


It builds understanding of menopause symptoms, the impact on women in the workplace, and the practical ways colleagues can offer support. 


 Topics covered include:

 

  • understanding menopause and how symptoms may affect women at work 
  • recognising the impact menopause can have on wellbeing, confidence, and day-to-day workplace experiences 
  • reducing stigma and encouraging a more open and supportive workplace culture 
  • building confidence in talking about menopause sensitively and appropriately at work 
  • understanding workplace support, policies, and practical adjustments that may help 
  • recognising the role everyone plays - men and women alike - in creating a more inclusive workplace environment
