Menopause ChangeMaker® Pathway Programme - How it works

The Menopause ChangeMaker® Pathway Programme provides a structured and practical framework for building menopause awareness, confidence and capability across your organisation. It combines expert training, 10 hours of tailored mentoring, and a comprehensive toolkit of guides, checklists, templates and practical resources to support effective implementation and sustainable workplace change.


The pathway is designed to engage all levels of the organisation through leadership development, manager training, Champion training and staff awareness, helping organisations create more informed, supportive and inclusive workplace cultures.


Individual modules can also be delivered as standalone programmes, providing flexibility for organisations that wish to focus on specific areas while strengthening workplace wellbeing, employee retention and organisational performance.
